We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Shipping Territory

Scentique Maison currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Customers located outside the United Kingdom who are interested in purchasing from us may contact us via our online form. While we do not offer standard international shipping, enquiries may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and international shipping may be arranged at our discretion, subject to local regulations, delivery feasibility, and additional costs.

Made-to-Order Processing

All Scentique Maison products are individually made to order. We ask that customers allow up to four calendar days for processing, which includes time for production, curing, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

This timeframe includes weekends. Please note that UK bank holidays and national holidays may cause additional delays due to the closure or reduced operations of postal and courier services. Scentique Maison shall not be held liable for such delays.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or an equivalent, reliable UK courier service, depending on the size and nature of the parcel. Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within the UK typically takes two (2) to four (4) working days.

A dispatch confirmation email will be issued upon shipment. Where applicable, tracking information is provided via Hostinger (powered by Hostinger); however, this is subject to the capabilities of the selected courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address submitted at checkout. Scentique Maison cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or the forty-eight-hour window has passed, it cannot be cancelled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@scentiquemaison.com and must include the order number and customer’s full name. Order cancellation requests past this period will be refused.
